Small assembly - overview
Kanghui Machinery is mainly engaged in the assembly of engine and rail transit parts, special equipment, etc., and adopts different assembly methods according to product types, structural characteristics, quality requirements, etc., involving component assembly and assembly assembly.
Advantage:
1) Flexible assembly method, adopt different assembly methods according to different ways:
Fixed assembly ----- mainly used for fan hub assemblies
Free-flowing assembly ---- cooler assembly,
Modular assembly---- special equipment, water filter assembly, oil filter assembly
Continuous flow assembly ---- rocker arm assembly
2) Bench test of assembly components to meet the performance requirements of the assembly;
3) Heating or cooling assembly according to the matching characteristics of the product;
4) Design and manufacture testing equipment according to customer requirements for performance testing of the assembly;
