Detail
Casting is a metal thermal processing process that has been mastered relatively early by mankind, with a history of about 6,000 years. China has entered the heyday of bronze castings between about 1700 ~ 1000 BC, and the craftsmanship has reached a fairly high level. Casting is a method of casting liquid metal into a casting cavity suitable for the shape of the part, and after it has cooled and solidified, the part or blank is obtained. Most of the cast materials are metals that are originally solid but heated to a liquid state (e.g. copper, iron, aluminum, tin, lead, etc.), while the casting material can be sand, metal or even ceramic. Depending on the requirements, the method used will vary.
