After the casting is removed from the casting cooled mold, there are gates, risers, metal burrs, and seams, and the casting of sand casting also adheres to the sand, so it must go through the cleaning process. The equipment for this kind of work includes polishing machines, shot blasting machines, riser cutting machines, etc. Sand casting sand removal cleaning is a process with poor working conditions, so when choosing a molding method, it should be considered as much as possible to create convenient conditions for sand falling cleaning. Some castings have to be post-processed by castings due to special requirements, such as heat treatment, shaping, anti-rust treatment, rough processing, etc.
